Richard has a BA in Business Studies, an MSc in Computing, a Doctorate in Commerce, and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing. He has published two best selling books and is regarded as an authority on e-commerce. His advice is regularly sought by the Courts as an expert witness.

Richard has strong beliefs in providing quality customer care through the Internet: a belief that he applies in his role as an Internet Director.

Jamie Wallis MSc (Christ Church College, Oxford) – Network Security Officer

Nicola Hurley-Hamer LLB (Aberystwyth University) – Senior Legal Administrator

Nicola studied Law at Aberystwyth University and completed her post-graduate studies (Legal Practice Course) at the University of Wales. She is responsible for verifying, processing and administering all legal documents submitted by our clients

Lisa Dummer LLB (Swansea University) – Legal Administrator

Lisa studied Law at Swansea University and is currently studying part-time on the Legal Practice Course (LPC). Like Nicola, she is responsible for verifying, processing and administering legal documents submitted by our clients.

Martine Evans ABTA – Continuity and Quality Administrator

After completing her studies at Bristol University, Martine joined the company in 2005 and is responsible for maintaining our continual development and quality performance systems. These systems ensure that all our clients receive the same service – a service that is nothing short of first class.

Gemma Treadgold BA (Hons) – Legal Process Administrator

Gemma’s expertise is in the application and development of robust legal processes and procedures. She is responsible for ensuring the company’s compliance with industry governance, ensuring that all our customer’s details are processed quickly and professionally.

Justin Preece M.Eng (University of Wales) – System Administrator

Justin joined the company after completing his Masters in Computer Systems Engineering in 2005. He is responsible for maintaining our IT systems, ensuring that our clients have access to resources and services 24 hours a day.

Caroline Marshall BSc (Hons) (Cardiff University) – Senior Web Developer

Caroline has been with the company for 4 years. She is responsible for developing and maintaining our client and staff administration systems - ensuring that our customer’s documentation is speedily and accurately generated.

Leon Hancock BSc (Hons) (University of Wales) – Senior Systems Analyst

Leon joined the company 4 years ago after gaining a degree in Computer Programming. He is responsible for maintaining our remote servers and ensuring that our clients have permanent access to the online resources we provide.

Martin Baker MA (Bristol University) – Director

Martin boasts an extensive knowledge of the internet and internet related business from his ten years spent managing commercial internet projects between 1992 and 2002. He is a qualified Technical Author and Copywriter.

Jason Robbins MBDS – Office Administrator

Jason is a highly efficient and respected office administrator who joined the company in 2005. He is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the office, and maintaining the office sales and purchase ledgers. Jason is studying for his Bachelors degree part-time, and hopes to qualify next year.
